Our underground parking entrance is located on the South side of Gerrard street between Yonge St and Bay St. PLEASE NOTE: the hotel underground parking garage has a maximum height restriction of 5 feet, 6 inches in certain areas and cannot accommodate oversized passenger vehicles.

Parking Rate Information

$39 per night plus taxes, unlimited in and out privileges.

Valet Parking (Temporarily closed):

$49 per night plus taxes.

Non-Guest Overnight Parking:

$44 per night plus taxes.

Non-Guest Rate/Hour:

$3 per hour plus taxes.

Daily Parking Rate:

$15 (6am - 6pm).

Oversize Vehicle Parking:

From Pearson International Airport

By Car
Pearson Airport is approximately 30 km and 30 minutes west of the city centre. Airport limousine services and taxis are located on the ground level of Terminal 1 and the arrivals level at Terminal 3. Fares average approximately C$50.

Trains between downtown Toronto and Pearson Airport take
25 minutes and run every 15 minutes. (5:30am - 1:00am Daily)

Driving from Pearson Airport

Head east and follow signs to Highway 409 East. Take Exit 1 and travel to Highway 427 or 401
Exit onto 427 South to 401 West. Keep left and follow signs for Gardiner Expressway/Toronto and merge onto Gardiner Expressway East
Take the Spadina Avenue exit
Turn left onto Lower Spadina Avenue
Turn right onto Adelaide Street
Turn left onto University Avenue

From Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport

Passengers can take the new pedestrian tunnel from Billy Bishop Airport to the Mainland. Chelsea Hotel, Toronto is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the ferry terminal.

Transit

The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) offers 24-hour service from Pearson Airport. The most efficient route for arrivals between 5am and 2am is the 192 Airport Rocket, which connects at Kipling Station on the Bloor-Danforth subway line.

To reach Chelsea Hotel, board the eastbound train to Yonge/Bloor station and transfer to the southbound platform. Take the train to Dundas station and walk north on Yonge Street before turning left at Gerrard Street. An adult fare is approximately C$3. GO Transit also offers airport express buses to York Mills and Yorkdale TTC stations from Terminal 1. Buses depart every 60 minutes and fares are approximately C$5.
